Norway is one of the best countries in the world when it comes to health care. Everyone who is a resident in Norway has the right to economic assistance from the state. Some of the topics that will be covered are: – Norwegian National Insurance Scheme – how does it work? – What are you legally entitled to, what are your rights? – How contact a GP/ change GP – Differences between public and private walk-in emergency medical clinics – Pharmacies – what types of medications need prescriptions?- Health Care for Children (vaccinations, maternity/paternity leave rights, etc.)- Hospitalisation and emergency And, of course, Hilde will answer any questions you may have during the seminar.
